Driving home.........................

Whenever I drive home to my parents I have a favorite stretch...... you can exit off I-35 in Milford and hit FM 308 and it takes you right to my parents home. I love this part of the drive for so many reasons. Mostly I love it because it is just me and the open road. You don't see too many cars going this way which is nice. Here are a couple of my favorite things on this part of the drive home.............

This gas station cracks me up. It has been closed forever, but there is a working soda machine in front of it. I know it works because I have stopped there before!

This old house always intrigues me. Mostly because of all the lightening rods on top of it.

I love seeing Holly's chicken on the porch when I get home. :)

Yes, that is my precious baby! She looked so small today when I walked in on her taking a nap. I couldn't help but take her picture. I love her so much!!!!
